Jim Southard, the owner of Restroom Stalls And All LLC, leads a company specializing in bathroom stalls, toilet partitions, and restroom accessories tailored for commercial spaces. When the project began, Jim highlighted the need for a complete redesign and restructuring of their BigCommerce store. The primary focus was to deliver an optimized layout that integrates three strategically placed Call to Action buttons, enhances the customer journey, and seamlessly incorporates existing data into the new design. The goal was to improve usability, functionality, and visual appeal, creating a robust platform to drive conversions.

On the website, the category page now includes a Second Image on Hover functionality, allowing users to easily view an alternate image of a product when hovering over it. This feature improves user interaction and provides a more dynamic product display. Additionally, users can toggle between List and Grid View on the category page, thanks to a custom script that offers flexibility in how products are displayed, catering to personal preferences. To further guide users through their shopping journey, Custom Call to Action Buttons have been strategically placed across various pages, ensuring that they are aligned with design and functionality requirements. These improvements streamline navigation and enhance the overall user experience, making it easier for customers to explore the site and make informed purchasing decisions.

With a mobile-first approach, the entire website was designed and developed to ensure seamless performance across all devices. The responsive design ensures that users experience intuitive navigation, fast loading speeds, and visually appealing layouts, regardless of screen size.
