Custom Bargaining Feature Implementation
We developed and implemented a custom bargaining feature that allows Equipment Gurus to dynamically adjust product prices based on negotiations with customers. This feature empowers the client to provide flexible pricing, fostering better customer engagement and increasing sales opportunities. During the implementation, we encountered caching and conflict issues with the subscription system, which were resolved by creating a custom module. This module ensured smooth operation and integration of the bargaining feature, optimizing the platform’s functionality.
Order by Phone Feature Integration
To enhance user experience and convenience, we implemented an Order by Phone feature by customizing the website’s theme. This feature allows customers to initiate a direct phone call to the admin or seller for inquiries or purchases. When users click on the Order by Phone button, a pop-up appears displaying essential information. With one click, the customer can contact the seller or admin immediately, creating a seamless and efficient way for users to engage with the platform.
